Some people need to be communicators. That’s done in many forms. There is conversation, correspondence, schooling or teaching, writing and sometimes just drag-by-the-arm attention seeking. No matter how it works out, even the needy person has to find his center, has to find his point, has to be interesting enough to compel you to respond. Yo! Let’s do this.
Years ago, around 1971, Harry Nilsson released a song called The Point and oh boy, it was clever. I loved it. My daughter loved it. I rushed out and bought the album. I am not licensed to quote him but you can pull up his lyrics and it will probably blow your mind. If it does, then you and I have something in common. Our thinking. We think alike enough to enjoy each other’s conversation. Some areas really interest me and once a month I plan to blog out! I think toward the end of month will be a good time. Let’s think about the 25th of each month when you and I and all others get together to be interesting and centered. I am a writer of some note shooting for the BIG NOTE! We can dispel the myth of Writer’s Block. People with Writer’s Block probably shouldn’t be writing. We can choose important or silly areas of serious writing. We can make observations on family life; opinions that are followed by advice. Do I qualify? Probably not. Do I enjoy advising? Yes. Friends and enemies. Or here’s a good one, Life Today as compared to other times! Oh, we can go on and on about that topic. Can all this lead to our inner center? You bet. |
